The Pheasant Run Resort and Convention Center in St. Charles, Illinois has been a friend to the Mid States Camp Conference since 2003. Pheasant Run has continually ensured that Conference participants have a special room rate for the Women in Camping Summit.
WIC Summit Room Rates
The room rate for the Women in Camp Summit is $97.00 + tax per room and can accommodate 2 or more persons, depending on room size and location. An extra roll-away bed can be ordered for an additional fee. You may reserve your room(s) by calling the hotel directly or via this link. As always, parking is free!
